Day Six

April 18, 2012

Last day of prepping for P90!  So excited.  We took the day off exercising and will be starting the real P90 tomorrow!


Diet:
B-fast: Smoothie
Snack: 15 Almonds
Lunch: Tuna and Salad
Snack: 15 Almonds
Dinner: Chicken and spinach
